What It Means to Work with a Certified Travel Associate (CTA)

In an age where anyone can book a trip online, it’s more important than ever to know who you're trusting with your travel plans. That’s why I’m proud to share that I am a Certified Travel Associate (CTA®), a professional designation awarded by The Travel Institute, the travel industry's oldest and most respected non-profit certification organization.
So, what does that really mean for you?
The CTA designation isn’t just a title — it’s a mark of excellence. To earn it, I had to:
Accumulate at least 18 months of real-world travel industry experience
Complete a rigorous program of coursework and examinations
Commit to continuing education every year to stay current with industry changes, travel trends, and best practices
This is not a one-time achievement. Like accountants or doctors who maintain credentials in their

fields, I’ve chosen to uphold a professional standard that goes far beyond booking trips. It’s about offering trusted advice, expert insight, and a truly client-first approach to travel planning.
When you work with a CTA, you're not just getting someone to book your flights and hotels — you’re getting a certified expert who is committed to designing personalized, memorable, and stress-free travel experiences from start to finish.

Whether you're dreaming of a luxury cruise, a romantic escape, a group retreat, or an all-inclusive adventure, I’m here to help you travel better — with the professional insight and personal care you deserve.
